By booking a session, using our website, or engaging with our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ToneFreak Music Studio’s website, booking a recording session, attending a lesson, purchasing a product, or using any service we provide, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, musicians, and collaborators who engage with us in any capacity.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Section 02

Use of Our Services

ToneFreak Music Studio provides recording, production, rehearsal, music lesson, and related creative services. You agree to use these services only for lawful, legitimate creative purposes. You must not:

• Use our services to produce content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when booking or registering
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, equipment, or client records
• Interfere with or disrupt the safe and professional operation of the studio
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any services or content without prior written consent

Section 03

Bookings & Sessions

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from ToneFreak Music Studio. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals will not extend the booked session duration
• Session times include setup and teardown — please factor this into your planning
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests they bring into the studio
• ToneFreak Music Studio reserves the right to terminate a session early in cases of misconduct, damage, or violation of these terms

Section 04

Studio Rules & Conduct

To maintain a professional, creative, and safe environment for everyone, all clients and guests must observe the following:

• Treat all studio equipment with care — clients are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse
• No food or beverages near recording consoles, instruments, or studio equipment
• Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on studio premises
• Maintain a respectful, professional attitude toward staff, engineers, and fellow musicians
• Do not touch, move, or adjust studio equipment without authorization from staff
• Guest limits per session may apply — please confirm in advance

Violation of studio rules may result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and future bookings may be refused at our discretion.

Section 05

User Conduct Online

When interacting with ToneFreak Music Studio through our website, social media channels, or any online platform, you agree not to post or share content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing toward any individual or group
• False, misleading, or intended to deceive
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial content unrelated to our services
• In violation of any third party’s intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict or ban any user who violates these standards.

Section 06

Payments & Cancellations

Payments: All fees are payable as specified at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods listed on our website or communicated during booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or credit
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate
• ToneFreak Music Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable advance notice provided where possible

Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking or upon request.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content produced during studio sessions — including recordings, mixes, and masters — is the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients grant ToneFreak Music Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reference the work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session.

All ToneFreak Music Studio branding, content, logos, graphics, and website materials are the exclusive property of ToneFreak Music Studio and may not be reproduced or used without explicit written permission.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

ToneFreak Music Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, loss of recordings or data, equipment failure, or any interruption of service beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that clients maintain backup copies of all original files and recordings. ToneFreak Music Studio is not responsible for loss of data due to technical failure.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
